Verify a Customer’s Trial Steps
Only verify after looking at the real NinjaTrader activation, AnyDesk installation and MYM SIM evidence. These actions unlock an actual one-use checkout discount; never mark a step complete based on the customer clicking a button or claiming it is done.
1. Find the customer
Enter an existing customer email to view their trial records.
2. Confirm AnyDesk installation
Staff confirmation requires both Guardian and Fusion activated in NinjaTrader. Verify a genuine completed AnyDesk session or a self-installed NinjaTrader setup with independent evidence of both bots operating.
3. Confirm Fusion MYM SIM session
Use automatic verified Fusion MYM SIM trade receipts where present. Only manually confirm when an authorized staff member reviewed a genuine recorded MYM SIM session or report.
Verification rules
- These fields can only be saved by a signed-in authorized Smart Entry admin.
- A completed setup does not by itself prove trading profitability.
- A legitimate Fusion MYM SIM telemetry receipt is verified automatically; manual support confirmation is optional when evidence is available.
- Rewards remain unavailable until both bots are activated and the staff setup and MYM SIM gates are passed.
- Customer data and your notes remain private; do not enter secrets or credentials here.
