Affiliate Program Terms

These terms explain how tracked referrals, commissions and payouts work for approved Smart Entry Pro affiliate partners.

1. Approval & Personal Link

  • Affiliate applications require Smart Entry Pro approval.
  • A referral code is created for the account, but partners should share the full tracked URL, not the code by itself.
  • The tracked link becomes eligible for commission attribution only while the affiliate account is approved and active.
  • Smart Entry Pro may approve, reject or suspend an application where necessary to protect customers, the brand or the program.

2. Commission Rate

  • The standard rate is currently 20% unless a different rate is shown in the partner dashboard.
  • Commission is calculated on the eligible product amount actually paid after discounts.
  • Current one-time examples at 15%: $149 Smart Entry Manual = $22.35; $299 Smart Entry Auto = $44.85.
  • If an eligible order uses a promotion, commission is 20% of the actual eligible amount paid.
  • Free trials, free access, internal/test orders and non-eligible services do not earn cash commission.

3. Tracking & Attribution

  • A valid affiliate visit is stored for up to 30 days in the visitor's browser.
  • If a visitor later uses another valid affiliate link, the most recent valid referral may replace the earlier attribution.
  • Commission requires a successfully tracked referral and completed eligible checkout.
  • Partners must use their dashboard link and should not alter tracking parameters.

4. Validation & Payout Day

  • Each commission has a 7-day validation period to allow review of payment completion, refunds and reversals.
  • Approved payouts are processed on the 3rd day of each month.
  • If the 7-day validation period has not cleared by that month's 3rd, the commission automatically rolls to the next month's 3rd.
  • Payout method is PayPal to the payout email saved in the affiliate account.
  • Payment-provider receiving or currency-conversion fees, if any, are the partner's responsibility.

5. Refunds, Reversals & Chargebacks

  • Refunded or reversed purchases are not commissionable.
  • A pending or approved unpaid commission can be voided if the underlying payment is refunded, reversed or found invalid.
  • If a payment is reversed after a commission has already been paid, Smart Entry Pro may deduct the corresponding amount from future affiliate earnings or request repayment where appropriate.

6. Promotion Rules

  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship anywhere you promote Smart Entry Pro.
  • Share genuine experiences, demos, tutorials, screenshots or customer results only when you have permission to use them.
  • Do not promise guaranteed profits, funded accounts, evaluation passes or specific trading results.
  • No spam, fake accounts, self-referrals, impersonation, misleading claims or unauthorized use of Smart Entry Pro branding.
  • No paid ads bidding on Smart Entry Pro brand terms or presenting yourself as the official company without written permission.

7. Customer Privacy

  • The partner dashboard provides performance totals and commission records, not customer passwords or private account data.
  • Partners must not request customer passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information.
  • Any customer information obtained independently must be handled lawfully and securely.

8. Program Changes

  • Smart Entry Pro may change future commission rates, eligible products, tracking rules or program availability.
  • Material changes apply prospectively unless required for fraud, abuse, payment reversal or legal compliance.
  • Valid commissions already paid remain paid; valid unpaid commissions remain subject to the payout and reversal rules above.
  • Partners can stop promoting at any time.

Trading Risk & Advertising Standard

Smart Entry Pro is trading software. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Affiliate content must not present past results, screenshots, testimonials, automation or evaluation passes as a guarantee of future performance.

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
