Smart Entry Pro Mobile is an installable web app (PWA). There is no APK, App Store download, or separate phone license file. Sign in with your Smart Entry Pro account, then add the app to your phone's home screen.

For current bot/account reporting, NinjaTrader and the relevant reporting strategy must remain running and connected. When your PC is offline or telemetry is delayed, the app labels the feed accordingly.
Access to product downloads and desktop connection features depends on your signed-in account and entitlements. Use the dashboard for approved product ZIP downloads and official updates; never install trial source-code packages shared outside the customer dashboard.
Review your available account summaries, bot activity and trade history, with connection and data-freshness labels. In-app notifications may appear while the application is open and checking for updates.
If your account appears offline, check that NinjaTrader 8, your reporting strategy and internet connection are running. Refresh the mobile app and confirm the correct account is selected. If the issue persists, contact support from your customer dashboard.
