Terms of Service

By accessing this website or purchasing or using Smart Entry Pro products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Current Products and Billing

Indicator: $125 USD one-time. Indicator + Bots (Full Suite): $199 USD one-time for lifetime software access. Each selected bot: $39 USD per month until cancelled. Trading Room: $29 USD per month. New software trials are not offered. Existing subscriptions and earlier purchases retain their original agreed terms; legacy plans are closed to new checkout.

Product License

Products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, unauthorized sharing, or attempts to bypass product licensing or access controls are prohibited.

Digital Delivery

Products may be delivered through account access, downloadable files, license credentials, email, or another electronic method. By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you authorize delivery to begin immediately and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited after digital delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Educational Purpose

Smart Entry Pro tools provide technical analysis, automation, monitoring, and educational functionality. The 50K Performance Journey is a simulated educational environment designed to help users practice account control, risk discipline, consistency, and decision-making. It is not a funded-account program, does not promise cash payouts, and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

Performance Journey Rules and Rewards

Each challenge account has its own simulated balance, risk limits, trading-day requirement, consistency rule, reset allowance, stage history, and software-reward progress. Published rules shown in the customer's Challenge Dashboard govern the active stage. Passing a stage may unlock time-limited or lifetime Smart Entry software rewards as displayed in the Challenge Dashboard. Rewards are software access provided by Smart Entry Pro and are not cash prizes or trading capital.

Account Tracking and Connector

The Performance Connector is intended to transmit eligible NinjaTrader account activity to the Smart Entry dashboard. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct NinjaTrader account and matching it to the correct challenge slot. Only activity received and accepted by the Smart Entry tracking system can be evaluated. Connectivity interruptions, platform shutdowns, incorrect account selection, or unsupported external activity may prevent data from being recorded.

Trading Risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. No software feature, result, screenshot, testimonial, example, backtest, simulated result, or customer result guarantees future profits, evaluation passes, funded accounts, or loss prevention.

Automation and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for configuration, position sizing, simulation testing, monitoring automated trading, maintaining platform and data connectivity, and complying with broker and prop-firm rules. Automated tools should be tested on simulation before live use.

Software Compatibility

The customer is responsible for maintaining a compatible NinjaTrader 8 installation, market-data connection, computer environment, and any broker or prop-firm permissions required for the selected trading workflow.

Support and Updates

Reasonable installation support and product updates are included according to the purchased product. If a customer is using NinjaTrader or Smart Entry Auto for the first time, complimentary first-time installation assistance may be provided by support when needed. Features, supported integrations, interfaces, and implementation details may change as the software is improved or as third-party platforms change.

Refunds and Subscription Cancellation

Because the products and memberships are delivered electronically, paid digital access is generally non-refundable after delivery, account access, license delivery, download access, activation, or use, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Performance Journey subscribers may cancel future recurring billing at any time through the available account or payment-provider process; cancellation does not normally refund the current billing period. No Performance Guarantee

Smart Entry Pro does not promise or guarantee profits, a particular win rate, prop-firm evaluation success, funded-account approval, continuous market access, uninterrupted third-party services, or any specific financial result.

Monthly subscribers approve recurring billing in PayPal and can cancel future renewals through PayPal Automatic Payments. Verified access continues through the paid period. Previously purchased or granted rights retain their original terms.

Futures Risk Disclosure

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
