By accessing this website or purchasing or using Smart Entry Pro products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Current Products and Billing

Smart Entry Manual and Smart Entry Auto are offered as one-time digital software purchases at the price shown at checkout. Current Smart Entry sales do not create recurring monthly or annual billing.

Product License

Products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, unauthorized sharing, or attempts to bypass product licensing or access controls are prohibited.

Digital Delivery

Products may be delivered through account access, downloadable files, license credentials, email, or another electronic method. By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you authorize delivery to begin immediately and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited after digital delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Educational Purpose

Smart Entry Pro tools provide technical analysis, automation, monitoring, and educational functionality. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

Trading Risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. No software feature, result, screenshot, testimonial, example, backtest, simulated result, or customer result guarantees future profits, evaluation passes, funded accounts, or loss prevention.

Automation and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for configuration, position sizing, simulation testing, monitoring automated trading, maintaining platform and data connectivity, and complying with broker and prop-firm rules. Automated tools should be tested on simulation before live use.

Software Compatibility

The customer is responsible for maintaining a compatible NinjaTrader 8 installation, market-data connection, computer environment, and any broker or prop-firm permissions required for the selected trading workflow.

Support and Updates

Reasonable installation support and product updates are included according to the purchased product. Features, supported integrations, interfaces, and implementation details may change as the software is improved or as third-party platforms change.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally final after download access, account access, license delivery, or activation, except where applicable law requires otherwise or under the limited circumstances described in the Refund Policy.

No Performance Guarantee

Smart Entry Pro does not promise or guarantee profits, a particular win rate, prop-firm evaluation success, funded-account approval, continuous market access, uninterrupted third-party services, or any specific financial result.

Futures Risk Disclosure

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment.
